One lower end portion (90a) of a belt anchor bracket (90) is supported on a lock unit (7b) rotatably in a front-rear direction, the other lower end portion (90b) of the belt anchor bracket (90) is fixed to a leg (11), and a seatbelt anchor (55) is supported on an upper end portion (90c) of the belt anchor bracket (90) rotatably in the front-rear direction.
