A bolt (50) is inserted through a plurality of mounting tabs (11) provided on an airbag (10) of an airbag device (1), a mounting bracket (40) having inner and outer plates (41) and (42), and an annular member (44) provided in the inner plate (41). In this state, a toothed washer (70) is fitted and temporarily attached to the bolt (50). The annular member (44) is fastened by screwing the bolt (50) into a nut (55) attached to the vehicle-body side wall (15) when the airbag (10) is mounted to a vehicle-body side wall (15).",
