Power consumption of the electric load (290) is ensured by the sum of the output power (Po) from the external charger (200) and the supplied power Psys from the external power supply (260). An ECU (300) executes temperature-rise control, when the temperature of the power storage device (110) is low, ensuring power consumption of the electric load (290) in association with charging/discharging of the power storage device (110). During execution of temperature-rise control, the ECU (300) sets a power command value (Pout*) of the external charger (200), alternately causing a discharging mode having the output power (Po) of the external charger (200) positively controlled and in which power consumption of the electric load (290) is ensured in association with discharging of the power storage device (110), and a charging mode having the output power (Po) of the external charger (200) negatively controlled and in which power consumption of the electric load (290) is ensured in association with charging of the power storage device (110).",
