The interactive interface requests specific action from a candidate driver, records the candidate driver's action, determines if the action indicates the candidate driver is impaired, and if not impaired, signals the hardware component wirelessly to close the normally open switching element for a predetermined time, enabling the candidate driver to start the vehicle.",
