The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells 10 stacked along a first direction, a heat exchange member 100 provided at and being in heat exchange contact with the bottom surfaces of the plurality of battery cells 10, wherein the heat exchange member 100 comprises at least one groove 110 formed in its surface facing the plurality of battery cells 10.
