According to the present invention there is provided a battery module comprising a plurality of battery cells being connected electrically and arranged together in a first direction; and a heat exchanging member supporting a bottom surface of the battery cells. The heat exchanging member includes a lower member, an upper member made of a heat conductive material and facing the bottom surface and a plurality of tubes interposed between the lower and upper member.
