The controlling unit detects valves of voltages (U1-U3) on the conductors using measuring units (M1-M3) and controls the switches during switching on and off of an inverter (WR). The controlling unit detects voltages on the conductors. An independent claim is also included for a method for functional checking of electromechanical switches in a circuit arrangement.",
