Wheel hub cover

The hub cap has a wheel fastened to a holding device (1), where a carrier element (2) for receiving a decorative body (4) is mounted on the holding device through a pivot bearing. A sealing element is provided for sealing the pivot bearing against pollution on the carrier element. The sealing element is applied on an inner ring or on an outer ring of the pivot bearing, while the area between the outer ring and inner ring is covered by the sealing element. The sealing element is projected from the inner ring or the outer ring.
