Recuperation of the vibration energy of a vehicle

The recovery system (10) has a chassis (2) and a pair of wheels (4). A hydraulic tank (12) is adapted to store the hydraulic fluid. A high-pressure accumulator (14) is adapted to store the hydraulic medium under high pressure. The hydraulic tank and the high pressure accumulator are fluidly connected to pump unit (20) which is adapted to pump the hydraulic medium from the hydraulic tank into the high pressure accumulator, under the use of relative movements occurring between the chassis and the wheel pair.
