Inertial micro-sensor of rotational movements

The micro-sensor e.g. biaxial gyrometer (100), has excitation masses (131, 132) for generating vibratory movements of inertia mass i.e. primary mass (112), along two directions to generate Coriolis forces according to third direction. A detecting unit detects the forces and includes a common detector to detect the forces and produce electrical signal processed by a processing circuit to discriminate components of the signal corresponding to the forces. A detection mass (111) is kinematically connected to the inertia mass, and the detecting unit detects the forces on the detection mass.
