A grille shutter apparatus (10, 30) configured to be arranged at a grille opening portion (7) of a front portion of a vehicle body (2), includes a movable fin (17, 37, 47, 57) for controlling a flow rate of air flowing from the grille opening portion into an inside of the vehicle body by performing an opening/closing operation, wherein the movable fin is configured to form an intake passage (23, 43) extending in a direction intersecting with an inflow direction of the air flowing from the grille opening portion in a case where the movable fin is in a fully-closed state.
