The engaging claw engages the hole (2j) of the edge (2f) of the outer panel (2) from the inside when the flange (21 f) is set on the edge (2f) of the hole (2j). The engaging claw is capable of disengaging from the edge (2f) of the hole (2j) by a disengagement operation occurring inside the outer panel (2).",
