"textContent": "According to one aspect of the invention, a method for providing a fuel supplied to one or more combustors in a gas turbine engine system includes partially oxidizing a fraction of primary fuel (117) in one or more fuel circuits (102) of the gas turbine engine system, in the absence of a catalyst, with a non-catalytic fuel reformer (100) to form a reformate, wherein the fraction of primary fuel (117) and an oxidant are mixed and burned in a predetermined ratio in the non-catalytic fuel reformer (100). The method also includes causing a water-gas shift reaction in a non-catalytic reaction passage (126) in the non-catalytic fuel reformer (100) by directing a selected amount of secondary fuel (122) and a selected amount of steam (124) into the partially oxidized fraction of fuel (117), thereby producing a reformate (128) and mixing the reformate (128) with a remaining fraction of fuel (130) to produce a mixed fuel (140) stream and supplying the mixed fuel stream (140) to the one or more combustors.",
