Coupling adapter

The adapter (10) has a counter coupling element (11) and an anchorage (12) that are arranged at an adapter mold part (14). A fastening device for an adapter coupling element is formed at the mold part. The mold part is formed such that the counter element is connected to a coupling element (2) of a trailer coupling (1) simultaneously with the fixing of the anchorage to a base (3) of the coupling. The anchorage has a bolt (16) for insertion into a hole (4) of the trailer coupling, and the bolt has a securing groove (17) for retaining a fixing bolt (18).
