Electrochemical cell

The electrochemical cell (1) has a coolable plate element (2) provided with a plate surface (3) which is cooled with cooling liquid (5). The plate surface of the plate element is formed such that a contact angle between the plate surface and the cooling liquid is less than 90[deg] . The plate element is equipped with metal layer (7) on which hydrophilic coating is applied. An independent claim is included for a manufacturing method of electrochemical cell.
