The element e.g. plank bed box (2), has a structural element comprising a fastener (14) that contains a lower projection (16), an upper projection (18) and a closure element, where the lower projection and the upper projection are connected to one another to form a closed loop. The fastener has metal components, and is arranged such that a stowing ring (10) is inserted between the lower projection and the upper projection, and the structural element is fastenable by connecting the lower projection with the upper projection by the closure element to the stowing ring.
