The illumination device (10) has the light guide units (16,18) through which the light from the light sources (32,52) are passed along the different directional portions (46,50) in a gradient direction (K) to the end regions (42,56). The light guide units are bent in the end region. The two light guide units are arranged in partial transparent receiving unit. The receiving unit is extended along the directional portions.
