"textContent": "There is provided a vehicle control apparatus capable of reducing consumption energy of an actuator with respect to a vehicle in which a camber angle of a wheel is adjustable by driving force of the actuator. A carrier member (41) holding the wheel is connected to a vehicle body to be movable vertically by an upper arm (42) and a lower arm (43), and one side of the upper arm (42) is connected to a position (an axis (02)) which is eccentric from an axis (01) of a wheel member (93a). With a suspension stroke, when the axis (01) is not positioned on a straight line connecting the axis (01) and an axis (03), compensation is performed correspondingly by rotating the wheel member (93a). As a result, since the camber angle of the wheel can be easily kept by mechanical friction force, driving force of a motor required to keep the camber angle of the wheel at a predetermined angle is smaller or cancelled to reduce the consumption energy.",
