An AC input (32) is coupled with the DC voltage terminal over a rectifier circuit, where the AC input is different from the AC output. The rectifier circuit comprises rectifying units (58, 60) that are provided with inductive circuit elements (50, 52). The inductive circuit elements are formed by a secondary coil (46) of a transformer (44) and a primary coil (42).
