The cells are simultaneously charged by the power grid and the power generator during supply of electricity to the power grid and/or to local users (36). Each module comprises a control unit (16) controlling the electricity supply and the charging of the battery cells. Diodes (D) are arranged at an output of each strand. The device has a current limiter arranged at an end of a discharge circuit of each strand.",
