"textContent": "A first roller (21) and a second roller (22) transmit power by being brought into frictional contact with each other. An outer periphery (22a) of the second roller (22) is formed in the shape of a cylindrical surface. An outer periphery (21a) of the first roller (21) is formed in an undulating pattern including three convex curved surfaces (21b, 21c, 21d) with the central parts thereof protruding in the axial direction. The outer periphery (21a) of the first roller (21) is brought into contact with the outer periphery (22a) of the second roller (22) at three positions (±1, ±2, ±3) in the axial direction corresponding to the apex positions of the convex curved surfaces (21b, 21c, 21d). As a result, the surface pressure between the rollers is reduced, making it possible to obtain variation characteristics, with a small negative slope region and a gentle negative slope, for traction coefficients relative to the inter-roller sliding speed. It is also possible to prevent the occurrence of judder between the rollers.",
