The sheet (1) has a stripe structure formed from three strips (13-15), which are arranged parallel to each other and formed next to each other. The first strip optically covers the second strip when viewed in a viewing direction on a side of the first strip and the first strip optically covers the third strip when viewed in a viewing direction on another side of the first strip. The second and third strips are formed in color and/or material structure and with height, which are different from that of the first strip. The sheet comprises a bottom layer that is designed as a plastic layer or a foam layer.
