Ball joint with bellow seal

The device (109) has a joint shell (110) in which a ball head of a ball pivot is held in a pivotably movable manner. The shell is inserted into a recess of a universal joint housing. A fuse element contacts an inner circumferential surface of a locking element (112) in an installed condition of a ball joint, so that the locking element is held in engagement with an edge of the recess. The fuse element is connected with the joint shell in pole area such that the shell is secured against loosening of the recess, where the shell is manufactured from plastic.
