[0002] The lubrication oil is injected with lubrication oil impregnating agent composed of dimethylalkyl tertiary amine in the range from 0.01 to 1 volume% and desirably in the range from 0.1 to 0.5 volume%. Petroleum oil fuel is injected with fuel oil impregnating agent composed of dimethylalkyl tertiary amine in the range from 0.5 to 1 volume%. The petroleum oil fuel is light oil, kerosene, gasoline, or Bunker A. Any one or both of these lubrication oil and petroleum oil fuel is/are used for an internal-combustion engine.",
