Impact sensor system with at least one pressure sensor

The crash sensor system comprises a cavity (3) that is deformable with a crash. The pressure sensors (Pl,Pr) acquire the pressure change in the cavity. The cavity is arranged in the front region of a vehicle. The acceleration sensors (Gl,Gr) are arranged in the front region of the vehicle and are oriented outwardly at the lateral end of the front region. The cavity is extended over the width of a cross element in the front region of the vehicle.
