A control device of an industrial machine comprises an operating device (19), a hydraulic actuator group (31), a control valve group (32), a hydraulic pump (33), a solenoid valve (35), a pilot valve group (42), first and second accumulators (36, 46), a battery (51), a controller (52), and first and second inverters (53, 54), wherein the controller (52) performs a control for stopping the driving of the pump when the operating device (19) is not operated for at least a predetermined time duration, starting the driving of the pump when the internal pressure of the second accumulator (46) has decreased to be equal to or less than a predetermined lower limit pressure, and stopping the driving of the pump when the internal pressure of the second accumulator (46) has increased to be equal to or greater than a predetermined upper limit pressure due to starting the driving of the pump.
