An end of the connecting frame (10, 10') is connected to the base (210), a locking body (11) is disposed on the other end of the connecting frame (10, 10'), and an opening is formed on the locking body (11). An end of the engaging component (20) pivots to the connecting frame (10, 10'). The driving component (30) is slidably disposed on the connecting frame (10, 10') and connected to the engaging component (20). The opening of the locking body (11) is closed when the engaging component (20) rotates into the locking body (11).
