To prevent virtual images of display images which are seen by being reflected by a front surface and a rear surface of a combiner from forming a dual image and clearly see the display image with a magnification of one or greater. In a combiner (13A), a front surface (P) forms a first arc-shaped optical surface to receive and reflect display light rays emitted from a display device (12) toward a driver to thereby allow the driver to see a first virtual image of the display light rays with a set magnification greater than one on the outside of a windshield (14), and a rear surface (Q) forms a second arc-shaped optical surface to receive and reflect display light rays emitted from the display device (12) toward the driver to thereby allow the driver to see a second virtual image which coincides with the first virtual image in terms of the size and position on the outside of the windshield (14).
