Here it is substantial to the invention that an adjusting device (10) is provided, which in a first position exclusively conducts the displayed fluid to a spiral housing (6) of the charging device (1), while the adjusting device (10) in a second position exclusively conducts the air displaced by the compressor wheel (4) into a recirculation channel (12). The invention furthermore relates to a combustion engine having such a charging device (1).",
