The electric storage apparatus includes a first electric storage stack (15) including a plurality of electric storage elements (151), an electronic device (60) used to control charge and discharge of the electric storage apparatus and located below the first electric storage stack in the vehicle, and a case (20) accommodating the first electric storage stack and the electronic device and fixed to the lower face of the floor panel.
