A wiper motor includes a rotor shaft, a rotor yoke, a stator core, a first ball bearing, and a second ball bearing. The rotor shaft is configured parallel to an output shaft and rotates a gear portion. The rotor yoke is fixed to the rotor shaft. The stator core has a cylindrical portion. A part of the rotor shaft and a part of the rotor yoke are inserted into the cylindrical portion. The first ball bearing is fixed to a motor housing. The second ball bearing is fixed to a base plate. At least a part of each of the first ball bearing and the second ball bearing B is configured inside the cylindrical portion.
