Locking device for a vehicle, vehicle and method for securing a vehicle

The device (10) has a lock (11) movable between locking and releasing positions, and a transfer element (12) for transferring the lock between the positions. A safety device (13) secures the lock in the locking position, and supported at the transfer element. The transfer element and the safety device are designed such that movement of the transfer element causes relative movement between the safety device and the lock for transferring the lock from the locking position to the releasing position when the safety device remains in a position relative to the transfer element. The lock is designed as a locking pin. An independent claim is also included for a method for securing a vehicle.
