Attachment device

The device (3) has a base body (6) displaceable between two end positions of a hole detent rail (1) in longitudinal direction (X). A locking element is pre-tensioned by actuation of an operating member against bias force of a spring unit into the hole detent rail in an non-intervening position. Bolt elements and the locking element are introduced into appropriate recesses of the hole detent rail. Coupled component is engaged with the locking element that is fixed in a lower position by the spring unit if a latch body (53) occupies one end position of the hole detent rail. An independent claim is also included for a composite fastening device comprising a spacer.
