A polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer serving as a dispersant and a polyglycerin-condensed ricinoleic acid ester are mixed with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone serving as a dispersion medium, and then acetylene black is added thereto to prepare a carbon slurry. Subsequently, a positive electrode active material and a binder are mixed with the carbon slurry to prepare a positive electrode active material slurry. A positive electrode 11 is produced using the positive electrode active material slurry, and then a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is produced using the positive electrode 11.",
