The materials for the cylinder and the sleeve are a combination of materials that causes corrosion due to a contact of either one of those with the other one of those. A corrosion inhibitor is provided which suppresses an occurrence of corrosion on the cylinder or on the sleeve. In one embodiment, the materials are metals.",
