The panel is resiliently flexible so that the panel is bendable to conform to contours of the windshield. A plurality of webbing straps is attached to a front face of the panel, with each webbing strap extending between and past opposed sides of the panel. The webbing straps thus are extendable around the windshield and into a passenger area of the vehicle. Fasteners are attached to each opposed end of each webbing strap. The fasteners are mutually couplable to secure the panel in a covering position upon the windshield, wherein the panel protects the windshield from damage and soiling.",
