The processing circuitry is configured to execute acquiring a remaining capacity of the target storage device, generating one or more candidate routes, and selecting the travel route from the one or more candidate routes. Selecting the travel route includes using a number of common points with the travel record as an index for selecting the travel route from the one or more candidate routes when the remaining capacity is smaller than a predetermined amount.",
