Frame and system for holding and controlling the temperature of a battery cell

The frame (12) has a fluid channel (22) that is provided for moderate temperature fluid to control temperature of battery cell (14). The fluid channel is arranged parallel to frame plane (C). A plate-like element is provided between two opposed sides of main portion made of carbon particle or metal particle. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a system for holding battery cell; and (2) an arrangement of frame and battery cell.
