The trim member (28) comprises a trim base portion (30), a trim web (32) and trim attachment means (34', 34\") for attaching the trim member (28) to the main portion (26). The main portion (26) comprises a first surface (42) delimiting a first gap (44) for receiving a door flange (18) of the vehicle door (14) and a second surface (46) delimiting a second gap (48) for receiving the trim web (32).
