Lateral tread band areas

The tread has grooves, which are arranged in a tread strip profile in a tire shoulder (6) outside of base bearing width (T-A) over a circumference of a vehicle tire. The grooves are extended in circumferential direction at a distance from one another over a circumferential portion. The grooves are formed in inclined manner with its main extension direction under inclusion of angle for the circumferential portion. The grooves are arranged over a circumference of the tire in alternating order.
