The storage battery control apparatus acquires storage battery information comprising a charging-discharging performance and a remaining capacity from each of the storage batteries (112), acquires power supply-demand prediction information showing a prediction of power supply and demand in a prescribed range from the energy management system (115, 116), decides an individual charging-discharging rate for each of the storage batteries based on the storage battery information and the power supply-demand prediction information, and sends the decided individual charging-discharging rate to each of the storage batteries (111).
