The disclosed drive-force-distribution control device is provided with: a center shaft provided with an output-side bevel gear that meshes with an input-side bevel gear; left and right clutches; a housing that can be divided in the radial direction of the output-side bevel gear; a bearing disposed at one end of the center shaft; and a shim member inserted in an axial-direction gap between the housing and the bearing. The output-side bevel gear and the center shaft can be attached to the housing from the radial direction. The axial end of the center shaft is located towards the other end with respect to the axial end of the bearing.",
