The system has a vehicle seat slide comprising a fixed section that is fixed on a vehicle frame and a mobile section (6) that slides relative to the fixed section in a longitudinal direction (X). An upper surface (6a) of the mobile section is extended between two side wings (6b) in a transverse direction (Y). A support part (5) comprises a connection portion that is provided with a strip (9a). The strip is extended in a vertical plane and passed through an opening (6d), which is formed in the upper surface of the mobile section. The strip is fixed at one of the side wings. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an external equipment fixing system for a car.
