Load-bearing bar for a roof of a motor vehicle

A load-bearing bar (1) for a roof (T) of a motor vehicle (A) comprises a supporting element (2) that is suitable for supporting a load and at least one anchoring element (3), arranged for being anchored to longitudinal guide means (L) comprised in said roof (T). Said supporting element (2) and said at least one anchoring element (3) are connected reciprocally through adjustable connecting means (10) that comprises adjusting screw means (17, 18) arranged for alternatively locking said at least one anchoring element (3) contemporaneously on said supporting element (2) and on said longitudinal guide means (L), or releasing said at least one anchoring element (3) contemporaneously from said supporting element (2) and from said longitudinal guide means(L).
