The sidewall groove (58) has an outer groove entry opening (60), a groove entry chamber (62) axially inward from the groove entry opening (60) defined by divergent entry chamber sidewalls (66, 68), and a groove primary chamber (64) axially inward from the groove entry chamber (62) defined by primary chamber sidewalls (70). The groove entry chamber sidewalls (66, 68) and the groove primary chamber sidewalls (70) intersect and form at the intersection a detent channel (72, 74) substantially extending a longitudinal length of the sidewall groove (58). Furthermore, an elongate air tube (42) is positioned within the elongate sidewall groove (58) in at least partial contacting engagement with the groove primary chamber sidewalls (70), the air tube (42) having an internal air passageway (43).
