METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANAGING BATTERIES

The disclosure discloses a method for battery management. The method includes: monitoring a total load current, a battery capacity, a charging current ratio, and the number of operating rectifiers; calculating a current-limiting point according to the total load current, the battery capacity, the charging current ratio, and the number of operating rectifiers; and adjusting the current limiting point and a rectifier operating voltage according to a battery current, and regulating the battery current to reach a preset current-limiting value. The disclosure further provides a corresponding device for battery management. The disclosure combines the current-limiting point adjustment and output voltage adjustment in battery management, thereby realizing real time stable current-limiting adjustment of the battery and extending lifetime of the battery.
