An automotive air-conditioner 1 includes: a first refrigerant circulating passage in which a refrigerant, discharged from a compressor 2 during a cooling operation and a heating operation, can circulate so as to return to the compressor 2 after passing through an evaporator 7; a second refrigerant circulating passage in which the refrigerant, discharged from the compressor 2 during the heating operation, can circulate so as to return to the compressor 2 after passing through an outdoor heat exchanger 5; and a third refrigerant circulating passage in which the refrigerant, discharged from the compressor 2 during the cooling operation, can circulate so as to return to the compressor 2 after sequentially passing through the outdoor heat exchanger 5 and the evaporator 7. When the second refrigerant circulating passage is to be opened, a controller 100 regulates a ratio of a flow rate of the refrigerant flowing from the compressor 2 to the outdoor heat exchanger 5 to that of the refrigerant flowing from the compressor 2 to the evaporator 7 by controlling an opening degree of each of a first valve 41 and a second valve 42.
