A first inlet (124) of the first chamber (112) is interior the coalescer (62) and connected to the air inlet (46) and a first outlet (126) of the first chamber (112) being exterior the coalescer (62). A second inlet (128) of the second chamber (114) is interior the first filter (118) and connected to the first outlet (126) of the first chamber (112) and a second outlet (130) of the second chamber (114) is exterior the first filter (118) and connected to the air outlet. The filter includes a membrane separator (40) in the housing (44) connecting the second outlet (130) of the second chamber (114) and the air outlet (48).
