A lid support member (61) supporting a lid member (60) is connected through an elastic link (75a) to a pivotable biased link (71a). The pivotable biased link is biased clockwise by a spring member (73a). When an advancing and receding member (44) advances such that a display panel (20) shifts to a projecting position (i) where the display panel upwardly projects from an opening (101) in a body panel (100), the pivotable biased link is pivoted counterclockwise by force produced by movement of the advancing and receding member such that the lid member is elastically pressed against the display panel, so that the lid member closes a space in which the display panel is not positioned in the opening.
