Each assembly comprises a turbine combustor (32) for mixing a portion of a compressed ambient gas flow (26) with a portion of a recirculated low oxygen content gas flow (50) and a fuel stream (28), and burning the combustible mixture to form the recirculated low oxygen content flow (50). The assembly further comprises a turbine compressor (30), fluidly connected to the turbine combustor (32), and connected to a turbine shaft (22) that is arranged to be driven by rotation of a turbine (34). The assembly also comprises a recirculation loop (52) for recirculating at least a portion of the recirculated low oxygen content gas flow (50) from the turbine (34) to the turbine compressor (30).",
